Abstract:A special research into the development of the campuswide students’ basketball association has been carried out since the year 2006. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the restraining factors unfavorable to basketball association development and its own characteristics of basketball culture construction, bold reforms and attempts were made to aspects in regards to the organizational structure, managing mode, fund raising, specialized coaching and the cultivation of backbone members in the hope of finding a sustained and sound mode for the development of students basketball association.
