  • 摘要:介绍了G蛋白的结构和种类,对 G蛋白参与视觉传输、高血压和心律失常的调节,失血性休克的病理调控以及控制肿瘤的发生等方面进行了综述.G蛋白广泛存在于动物的感光器中,在视觉传输过程中起着重要作用;在心律失常时,G蛋白mRNA含量发生明显变化;在失血性休克心肺组织中G蛋白含量发生变化;G蛋白某些亚单位基因的突变可引起亚单位表达的缺失或蛋白表达量的变化,导致某些生理功能障碍,甚至产生癌变.说明G蛋白参与了动物视觉传输过程,参与了心律失常、失血性休克的调控及癌变的发生.对于G蛋白与高血压是否相关存在不同的看法.G蛋

    Abstract:An introduction about the structure and types of G protein and a review of its function in Visual Transmission, regulating Hypertension, Arrhythmia and Hemorrhagic shock and controlling the occurance of tumor is given in detail in the paper. The results show that G protein has a wide presence in the sensitive organs of animals and plays an important role in the process of visual transmission; the content of mRNA in G protein changes when Arrhythmia occures and when Hemorrhagic shock takes place; the content of G protein in the heart and lung also has significant change; mutations of certain G protein subunit gene can cause the deletion or expression changes of subunits, which may cause some physiological dysfunction, or even a cancer. So G protein participates in the course of Animal Visual Transmission, regulating Arrhythmia and Hemorrhagic shock and controlling the occurance of tumor. It remains in doubt whether the G protein is related to hypertension. The focus of the future development will fall on the establishment of G protein subunit gene structure, G protein gene cloning and its control of gene expression and new pharmaceutical medicine design and synthesis.
