Abstract:Through the study of the specific jumping act in track and field events, an investigation is done to research the coordinative ability in a specific jumping item, which reveals that the coordinative ability finds expression in the athletic skills mainly in the following aspects: instaneous use of strength, the smooth run-jump transition, the combination of swing and sstomp, and the control and orientation of the spatial movement. The above four aspects are very helpful for the scientific measurement and judgement of the coordinative ability and condusive to the developing such kind of ability in the athletes.
