BIM-based Life Cycle Cost Scenario in Construction Projects

  • 摘要:现实中存在建设项目运营和维护成本大大高于建设成本的现象,主要是因为我国在采用全生命周期成本管理中,已完工程缺乏完整的历史数据,存在信息共享性差、未来成本估算的风险性和不确定性等问题,从而限制了相关理论在解决全生命周期成本计算中的实际应用.为此提出,利用建筑信息模型作为信息共享平台,各工具软件可通过API接口与之动态集成,数据库与BIM之间的连接将以ODBC为基础,构建基于BIM的建设项目全生命周期成本的解决方案.

    Abstract:In reality, it is not unusual in the field of construction projects that the operational and maintenance costs exceeds the construction cost. The major causes lie in the fact that in full life cycle cost management in our country there exist problems of incomplete historical data, poor information sharing, probable risk and uncertainty of future cost estimates,etc.,which largely restrict the actual application of relevant theories in addressing the full life-cycle cost calculation. In view of this, by use of BIM(Building Information Model) as the information sharing platform, and the dynamic integration of the various software tools through BIM by API interface,with the connection between the database and BIM based on ODBC, a new BIM-based solution is thus worked out to caculate full life cycle cost in construction projects.
