Abstract:The enhancement of study-oriented Party organization construction is not only the basis of building a Marxism study-oriented party and the requirement of improving higher education with Chinese characteristics, but the only road to the scientific development of colleges and universities of our country as well. Clear purposes aimed at specific problems, creative working approaches, practical measures, effective incentive and security system and the guidance of Party secretaries at each level will ensure the realization of goals of study-oriented Party organization construction, and hence push the scientific development of colleges and universities.
