教育实习指导老师胜任素质初探

On the Qualification of Instructors of Education Practice

  • 摘要:教育实习指导老师是影响教育实习效果的关键因素之一,为了让实习指导老师的选拔更加科学合理,可适时引入胜任力素质模型。实习指导老师应具备五大胜任力素质: 组织管理能力、沟通协调能力、专业知识和技能、成就导向以及个人品质。

    Abstract:The qualification of instructors of is one of the factors influencing the effect of the education practice. In order to be more scientific in choosing instructors of education practice, we can introduce the qualification mode. The instructors should have five competency qualities of management, communication and coordination, specialized knowledge and technique, achievement orientation, and personalities.
