It is of great spiritual significance to carry out the activity of constructing advanced party organizations and making efforts to be excellent party members in grass-root party organizations for stimulating the vigor and vitality of party organizations at all levels, improving the governing ability of our party, and maintaining and developing her advanced nature and driving the economic development fast and healthily. And it is equally important to be aware of the generation bases of the spiritual impetus for such activity, analyze its specific performance and hence create condition for fully playing its role.
