从非遗保护视角看淮北传统武术的传承与保护

A Look at the Protection and Heritage of Traditional Wushu in Huaibei From the Perspective of Non-material Cultural Heritage Protection

摘要:运用文献资料法、田野调查法等方法对淮北市民间传统武术的历史渊源进行分析,并对淮北市民间传统武术的传承现状及原因进行深入探讨，最后从非物质文化遗产保护法的角度提出了有针对性的建议：健全淮北市传统武术文化遗产的调查和统计工作；设立武术发展专项基金；加快对民间传统武术的抢救性保护；遴选认定一批代表性的武术传承人，以期有效保护淮北传统武术.

Abstract:By means of literature survey and field investigation, a research was made into the history of Huaibei traditional wushu, following which an in-depth exploration was conducted to find out about the current status and causes; and some corresponding counter-measures were proposed in accordance with the non-material cultural heritage law: perfection of the investigation and the job of statistics; establishing a special fund for traditional wushu; acceleration of the rescuing conservation of Wushu and to select some representatives to be the inheritance people.
