On Innovation of Humanization of Educational Modes:A Case Study of Neijiang Normal University

  • 摘要:人本教育观,是“以人为本”科学发展观在教育领域的具体运用。以人本教育观为指导,改革高等教育传统育人模式势在必行。人本教育育人模式的内容包括五个部分:教育观念、操作系统、评价体系、管理方式、校园文化。五个方面综合运转,才能发挥强大的育人功能。

    Abstract:The human oriented educational view is the view which is the employment of the scientific view on development in education. The reform of the traditional educational mode of higher education under the guidance of human oriented educational view must be enforced. The human oriented educational mode includes five parts: educational conception, operation system, evaluation system, management styles and campus culture. Only when the five parts work together can they perform the function of education.
