  • 摘要:在简述对国内外医药行业开展第三方物流的研究的基础上,以四川省医药股份有限公司为例,分析了国内医药商业企业开展第三方医药物流的困境:单一的盈利模式,落后的营销和管理手段;现代物流知识和专业物流人才的缺乏;配送运输能力低,供应链环节不顺畅.进一步分析了开展第三方医药物流的可行性,并提出了开展第三方医药物流的策略建议:扩大规模,提高核心竞争力;加强物流专业人才的培养,促进企业跨跃式发展;优化设备,提高网速,以促进医药商业企业更好的发展.

    Abstract:Based on a succinct review of the research conducted on the implementation of the third-party logistics by medical enterprises in China and abroad, a case study is made of the Sichuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to analyze the difficulties they are faced with in the operation of the third-party medicine logistics, namely, the unitary profit-making mode, the backward marketing and managerial means, the lack of modern logistics knowledge and personnel, low delivery capacity and unsmooth supply chains. The feasibility for conducting the third-party medicine logistics is investigated and counter measures are put forth: to step up the scale; to enhance the core competitiveness; to strengthen the training of logistics professionals; to prompt the great-leap-forward development of the enterprises; to optimize equipment; to reinforce awareness.
