Abstract:The major problems facing normal colleges and universities nowadays in the practice of teaching flower cultivation technology are put under careful examination. Investigation is made into aspects like the teaching plan, teaching content, the practical teaching platform, teaching resources and evaluation system of teaching and performance. Corresponding measures such as the making of a reasonable teaching plan, adjustment of teaching content, expansion of practical teaching platform, development of the practical teaching resources, reformation of the evaluation system for teaching, assessment and performance ratification and cultivation of students’ innovation ability are put forth. The teaching reform for flower cultivation technology proves to be successful in practice at the beginning stage.
