Study on Mounting Height of Centrifugal Pump

  • 摘要:离心泵产品说明书中的安装高度与吸上真空高度的关系式是在外压9.81×104Pa下输送20℃清水时的测定结果.当外压不为9.81×104Pa时,或流体温度不是20℃清水时,离心泵的安装高度与吸上真空高度的关系式会相应发生调整.为了探讨离心泵的安装高度,利用允许吸上真空高度,从外压和输送对象两方面对离心泵的安装高度进行探讨,得出了安装高度与允许吸上真空高度的三个关联式.

    Abstract:The relational expression between the mounting height and the allowablesuctlift in the product specification of the centrifugal pump were the results measured when rinsing of 20℃ was transporting and the external pressure was at 9.81×10 4Pa. When the external pressure was not at 9.81×10 4Pa, or the rinsing was not 20℃, the relation about mounting height and allowablesuctlift should adjust accordingly. In order to find out the mounting height of centrifugal pump, efforts had to be made into the study of the external pressure and conveying object by taking advantage of the allowablesuctlift and eventually three correlation equations about the mounting height and the allowablesuctlift were obtained.
