Abstract:The relational expression between the mounting height and the allowablesuctlift in the product specification of the centrifugal pump were the results measured when rinsing of 20℃ was transporting and the external pressure was at 9.81×10 ⁴Pa. When the external pressure was not at 9.81×10 ⁴Pa, or the rinsing was not 20℃, the relation about mounting height and allowablesuctlift should adjust accordingly. In order to find out the mounting height of centrifugal pump, efforts had to be made into the study of the external pressure and conveying object by taking advantage of the allowablesuctlift and eventually three correlation equations about the mounting height and the allowablesuctlift were obtained.
