Abstract:Through the implementation of the learning mode of “learning through doing and doing while learning”, we should start with reform of personnel training which stresses the cooperation between college and enterprises and combination between work and learning, fully develop the interest groups’ role of fanning out from a point to an area in the teaching reform, innovate our teaching methods and means and combine teaching, learning and doing into one, enhance the training of students’ ability of animation design and production, and organize diversified activities around learning through doing and doing while learning in an attempt to drive the construction and development of animation major and train personnel with high techniques in accordance with social demand.
