Abstract:Scientific and technological periodicals shoulder a responsibility of science and techology popularization and research, whose function in the national innovation system lies in: a platform to dispay the country’s scientific and technological innovation; the guiding role for continue innovation; the starter of innovative knowledge’s transformation into real productive force. Therefore, it is of vital importance for increasing the influence of scientific and technological periodicals and the supporting measures are as follows: the innovation of editing, technology and management; to purify the method and approach of scientific and technological theses from the innovative perspective, thus to better prompt the development of such periodicals.
