Abstract:Strengthening the choice and implementation of ideal modes of new rural community construction in minority area of Southeast Chongqing is of great significance either theorectically or practically to speed up the new rural construction, promote the sustainable social and economic development, and keep the social stability. To take into consideration the problems in choice and implementation of the modes of new rural communities, we should make proper choice to construct mixed communities. To gurantee the implementation of such modes, we should seek unity in thought, make scientific plans, innovate the management and its operation system, improve the construction of fundamental facilities, develop chartacterized industries, make and perfect relevant laws in an attemt to bring the social and economic prosperity and development to such area and strengthen the ethic unity.
