Abstract:The novel Wizard of Oz has imitated and taken reference to Journey to the West in artistic creation. And it is a supernatural spirit novel with some value. Its protagonist LENG Yu-bing has the Confucian features similar to TANG San-zang. They both have close knowledge of Confucianism and bring it into reality. The status and identity as humans have the same artistic expressive ways. And the two images have magnified the reality as well as the illusory hopes of other side of the ocean.
