Abstract:The frontier poems got their primary development in Wei and Jin periods. To Sui Dynasty, they began to increase in amount. And in Tang Dynasty, they tended to reach their peak. In the short period of Sui Dynasty, there began to appear the symptoms which were to rid of the ornate style of Six Dynasty. And the real, natural, and vivid styles began to thrive. And the frontier poems of this time began to show their grandeur and heroic atmosphere and were full of confidence of a big nation and passion. They have exerted great influence on the future of frontier poems.
