探索“五人”工作法办人民满意的高等教育——新时期四川高校创新群众路线工作方法的实践与探索

Exploring the “Five Men Method” and Running the Satisfying Higher Education—A Probe into the Innovative Mass Oriented Working Methods in Sichuan Universities in New Time

  • 摘要:为了办人民满意的高等教育,四川省高校经过多年的探索实践,总结出一套行之有效的群众工作“五人”法:当好了解基层的“明白人”,实施落实工作“零积压”; 当好化解矛盾的“主持人”,实施接受工作“零时段”; 当好贴近师生的“贴心人”,实施服务质量“零投诉”; 当好联系帮扶的“情义人”,实施服务群众“零距离”; 当好协调合作的“牵头人”,实施办理工作“零差错”。

    Abstract:To run the satisfying higher education, universities in Sichuan have summarized a set of effective practical mass oriented working methods five men method: to be the man knowing the grass roots’work with no task delayed or overstocked, to be the man eliminating contradictions with a ready mind to accept new assignment, to be the intimate friend of teachers and students with best service and zero complaint, to be the helper with service of no distance, and to be good coordinator with no mistake in his work.
