On the Construction of Interactive Modes between Counselors and University Students Based on the TA Theory

  • 摘要:大学生思想政治教育是学生教育的重要组成部分,高校辅导员与大学生是两个独立的个体,在教育过程中必然存在着两者之间的互动。运用交互作用分析理论实施高校思想政治教育工作,应重视在沟通交流中调整好双方的自我状态,选择正确的沟通模式,引导大学生在不同的情境中使用正确的自我状态,同时还应具有“双赢”的心理预期。

    Abstract:The ideological and political education is an important part of the university students’ education. The counselors and students in universities are the two separate groups and there will necessarily exist interaction between them. To implement the ideological and political education in universities with the interactive analysis theory, we should value the adjustment of the state of the two parties in the interaction, choose the appropriate interactive ways of interaction, guide the students to be in the proper state in different situation, and at the same time we should have the psychological expectation of double win.
