基于就业导向的师范生教学技能培养研究

A Study of Training of Normal University Students’Teaching Skills with Employment Orientation

摘要

摘要:熟练的教学技能是当前师范生顺利就业的重要法码，也是其职后专业发展的重要基础。然而，目前高师毕业的师范生教学技能普遍较差，为此，应从学校、教师、师范生三个主体方面探索其形成原因，并采取更新教师教育理念、优化课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、培养师范生的教师职业认同感等对策提升师范生的教学技能。

Abstract:The good teaching skills are the condition for the successful employment of normal university students as well as the basis for their future development. Therefore, we should study their causes from three aspects: universities, teachers and normal university students. Accordingly, we can improve such skills of them with teachers’ updated educational conceptions, optimized curriculum, strengthened construction of teaching stuff, cultivation of students’ sense of professional identity.
