葡萄酒质量综合定量评价方法研究

  • 摘要:给出了一种基于指标相关性和因子分析的特征选择方法,剔除与样本弱相关指标、减少冗余指标,从而简化了评价指标体系.基于酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标体系分别建立多元线性回归模型,并在此基础上同时考虑两者对葡萄酒质量的影响,得到了综合评价模型,并将该方法应用于2012年高教杯全国大学生数学建模竞赛葡萄酒质量评价中,得到了葡萄酒质量与酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒理化指标的定量关系.结果表明:回归方程准确率为98.49%.

    Abstract:Firstly, in order to eliminate the weakly-related indices and reduce index redundancy, a feature selection method of original index is given based on index correlation and factor analysis so as to simplify the evaluation index system. Then, a multivariate linear regression model is established, based on the wine grape and wine physical and chemical index system, on basis of which a comprehensive evaluation model is established putting into consideration the influence of the two factors on the wine quality. Finally, the method was applied to the 2012 HIGHER EDUCATION PRESS CUP CUMCM, and the quantitative relation between wine quality and physicochemical index of grape and grape wine is obtained, the reswlts show that the accuracy of regression equation is 98.49%.
