Abstract:In spite of the wide application of disinfectant in plant tissue culture in recent years, the pollution has been a serious headache faced with the technology. Analysis is made of the mechanism, character of chemical and biological disinfectants, finding the corresponding countermeasures being that: combined use of several disinfectants, sterilization by means of pH regulation, and environmental protection concepts taken into consideration during disinfectant use so as to improve effect of disinfectants in plant tissue culture.
