Abstract:Based on the teaching reform and teaching research on experimental teaching of edible fungi cultivation，a probe is made into the teaching system reform of edible fungi culture in terms of teaching methods, content, means and the evaluation mechanism. Efforts are stepped up to cultivate students’ abilities in the strain culture development, the scientific research design and thesis writing with focus placed on the development of teaching pattern for producing innovative graduates and entrepreneurship-minded students, which has produced satisfactory results in the teaching practice.
