Abstract:The maximization of library service is a necessity decided by its mission of “serving the reader heart and soul”. To maximize the library service, it is a must for the library to cater for the reader’s needs actively and promptly and to step up its efforts in getting the reader acquainted with library information, and improve its service measures in timely manner.
