Abstract:This paper has reviewed and analyzed the current studies concerning administrative compensation procedure from its concept and classification, functions, basic principles, current situation of its legislation and perfection. The result shows, with development of the system of such procedure, the compensation procedure as its main important content has gradually become the focus and hot issue of our country and society. The relevant studies have made great progress, yet there is enough space for the improvement in research content, scope and methods.
