Deepening the Reformation in Personnel Training to Improve the Training Quality —— A Report in the 7^thTeaching Symposium of Neijiang Normal University(Abstracted)

摘要:推动高等教育内涵式发展的目的是提高人才培养质量,关键在于转变教育观念,深化人才培养模式改革,创新人才培养机制。内江师范学院推进“以发展为中心,教学做统一”的育人模式改革,旨在更新教育教学观念,以学生的发展为出发点和归属,解决教学过程中教、学、做的关系问题、传统教育的理论和实践脱节的问题,实现人的综合素质和谐发展,提高育人质量。

Abstract:The promotion of universities' connotation type development is aimed at the improvement of personnel training. And its key lies in the transformation of educational concept and the deepening of reform in training modes and innovation of the training mechanism. The innovation in the educational modes with development as the center and teaching as the orientation at Neijiang Normal University is aimed at renewing our educational concept and resolving the problems as relationships among teaching, learning and doing, and irrelevance between traditional educational theories and practice with students as starting point and end result, in an attempt to achieve the harmonious development of people's overall quality and hence to improve the quality of education.
