Abstract:The workers’ unions are the important social political groups and they are the important foundation of the state political power. From the perspective of courses of our party and country, we should actively participate in social management, which is required by current situation and development, desired by our people, and the social duty endowed by times. This paper has elaborated the situation of economy, politics, society, culture and ecology of our country. With the social theories concerning workers’ unions and good management as the basis, it has analyzed the rationality of social management participated by workers’ unions. Further, it has revealed the practical key role played by workers’ unions in social management from current situation, tasks and ways of the management.
