Abstract:In current higher education, college English network teaching is making more progress. The SWOT analysis shows that there are certain strengths and opportunities. However, there still exist many problems and obstacles in the aspects of management, staffs, learners and technology concerning such teaching in Neijiang Normal University. Therefore, it is advisable that we adopt the WO strategy to develop a steady and healthy college English network teaching by ways of learning from other colleges, appropriately organizing our English net-course and carefully implementing them.
