Abstract:At present, project construction in universities is facing problems as big investment and a high incidence of corruption. The prevention of such corruption lies in competitive bidding, construction, check before acceptance, and the audit of final accounts. Accordingly, we have to improve the quality of bidding experts and conduct a dynamic management of storage of such experts, establish a new “three-in-one” bidding modes, enhance the construction of manage stuff's caliber, introduce the public supervision system, and strengthen the construction of auditing system and morality of stuff.
