On Dialectal Relationships among Main Elements of Corruption Punishing and Preventing System

摘要:在“惩治和预防腐败体系”中，包括“惩治、预防，治标、治本，教育、制度、监督”等主要要素。它们既有相对独立的丰富内涵，又有紧密联系、不可分割、相互依存、相辅相成的辩证统一关系，这些主要要素的有机统一，构成了惩治和预防腐败的科学体系。

Abstract:The system of punishing and preventing corruption includes the elements of punishment, prevention, seeking temporary solutions to problems and permanent cure, education, system and supervision. They have relevant independent rich connotations and are related with each other at the same time. They cannot be separated from each other and are in mutually dependent dialectal relations. These elements in organic unity constitute the scientific system of corruption punishment and prevention.
