Abstract:In order to improve the quality of education and the teaching environment, multimedia computer teaching is widely used in college classroom teaching. the role a multimedia classroom plays in classroom teaching, the existing method of constructing multimedia classroom, as well as existing methods of operation management and maintenance of multimedia computers are all put under discussion. Several conflicts between the need of multimedia computers and the current management of multimedia classrooms are pointed out, and the cause analysis is done with a new method put forth to conduct management and maintenance of multimedia computers via virtual machine software
