Abstract:By means of survey and literature review, an environmental survey is made of the Model Sedentary Village, the Pyan-pa Village. The findings show that: the sedentary herdsmen population has been a powerful supporter for improving the sports environment of the Pyan-pa Village, yet the sports construction after the herdsmen settlement was of a very low, primary level. For the survival and development of sports, efforts must be stepped up to reinforce the sports administration and organization, and by relying on the tourism, to prompt sports socialization, by changing the sports concepts and awareness, to strengthen the herdsmen's viability and social living standard, thus to achieve a sustainable development of sports and give some theoretical reference for the speed-up of the Tibetan urbanization construction
