Research and Practice on Fuzzy Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of Faculty's Scientific Research

  • 摘要:建立科学有效的高校科研工作绩效评价方法,对激励教师积极开展科研工作、提高高校核心竞争力有关键作用.为此,通过对绩效评价的内涵、研究现状、存在的问题及科研工作特点的分析,提出一种基于模糊综合评价的高校教师科研工作绩效评价方法,以期能科学合理的进行科研绩效评价.最后通过实践验证了本文方法的有效性,并给出了后续改进的思路.

    Abstract:The scientific research work is an important part of the faculty's work in Chinese research universities. To work out a scientific and effective performance evaluation method for scientific research work is a key to motivate the faculty to work actively and to improve the core-competitiveness of universities. By analyzing the conception of performance evaluation, related work and the characteristics of scientific research work, the paper presents a fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation method so as to evaluate the faculty's scientific research work scientifically and reasonably. Finally, an example is given to test and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, and further suggestions for the improving the said method are also put forth.
