Skill Cultivation in the Context of a Changed Approach in Normal College Students Qualification Certification

  • 摘要:通过对目前师范生实践教学过程中存在问题的研究,提出了确立师范生技能培养的人才培养目标、构建基于技能培养的课程结构、加强基础教育实践育人环节及加强素质拓展训练的职业指向性等改革措施,探索和创新师范生技能培养的有效途径,缩小教师教育与基础教育对技能型人才需求的差距.

    Abstract:By studying the existing problems found in the students' practice teaching, suggestions of reform measures were put forth concerning the establishment of the goals of personnel training, the construction of curricular structure that is based on skill-cultivation, the strengthening of personnel training procedures in basic education and the reinforcement of professional orientation in qualities expansion training. Explorative efforts should be made to find more effective and innovative approaches for skill training of normal college students thus to narrow the demand gap of skilled talents in teachers education and basic education.
