On the Determination of Copper in Pig's Haslet by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
Abstract
The copper in pig's haslet was studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. It was found that the microwave digestion effect was satisfzctory under the following conditions: 0.5 g of pig's haslet sampling, 0.5 h of preliminary digestion, V
HNO3:V
H2O2=1:1, 3min of digestion time in mi-high fire microwave power. By this way, RSD was 0.47%~1.69% and the adding standard recovery was 96.%0~105.0%. The said method is characterized by low cost, and easy to handle, which makes it possible to find application in accurate and fast determination of copper.
