Exploration of the Theory and Practice in the Active Implementation of Deliberative Democracy of the Neijiang Democratic Revolutionary Party

Deliberative democracy has become a new mission for the Chinese democratic parties after the 18th CPC National Congress. To fulfill this mission, it is of great realistic significance for the Democratic Revolutionary Party in Neijiang to actively get involved in the exploring of the deliberative democracy practice. In sorting of the deliberative democracy over the recent years, some enlightenments are found to be rather valuable: to make further use of the integrating function of the deliberative democracy can contribute to a better use of the its function in accumulating talents and force; efforts should be stepped up to mechanism construction; to step up the top-level design of deliberative democracy in the grassroots organizations; to step up efforts in educating the Democratic Revolutionary Party members for their political theoretic preparation; and reinforce the capability in the deliberative democracy of Neijiang DPC to prompt a sound and healthy development of the economy and society.
