A Path Analysis of Sustainable Development ofTibetan University Students' Employment Systen systen

The factors influencing the sustainable development of Tibetan university students' employment system mainly include the supply and demand in special environment. In terms of supply, this paper has analyzed its influence on employment from graduates' amount and quality. In respect of demand, it has analyzed its influence on graduates' employment from economic, political and social aspects. The analysis shows that the increase of graduates' amount and decrease of their quality lead to the low employment. Meanwhile, the special social environment of Tibet has brought about the low role of economy in their employment, but politics plays a major role. From a perspective of long-term development, this paper has made some proposals for the sustainable development of Tibetan university students' employment.
