Effect of Different Fertilizer Mixture Ratio of N, P and K on the Growth ofDomesticated Plants of Hosta

  • By use of the “3414” experiment design, the effect of N, P, K fertilizer application and appropriate fertilizer formula was studied in the hope of providing reference for scientific fertilization inHosta domestication. The result indicated that when the ratio of the culture substrate is controlled at V garden soil: V rotten mushroom residue: V rotten cattle manure=1:1:1, the best fertilizer ratio of N, P and K for Hosta growth wasm N: P 2O 5: K 2O = 2:3.75:2(ρ N=0.16 g·L -1, ρ P=0.3 g·L -1, ρ k=0.16 g·L -1), which can nicely adjust the distribution of aboveground and underground biomass, and also promote growth, increase the number of leaves, improve root activity, and increase fresh weight, chlorophyll content, leaf protein and the soluble sugar of Hosta.
