A Probe into the Development Path of Socialist Core Values at the National Level

The socialist core values is the one that all the Chinese people unite as one. We find it very important to trace its origin. This paper has made a brief study on the path of the four-dimensional core values at the national level “being prosperous and powerful, democratic, civilized and harmonious”. It has shown that the peaceful rise of modern China is closely related with the choice of values made by CPC leading her people. The values at the national level is a top-level design made by CPC from a strategic height. It is a promise for her people and the guidance of historical development direction. It is the historical responsibility borne by CPC and the common value ideal of people of all nationalities in the primary state of socialism to strengthen the construction of the socialist core values.
