Analysis of the Temporal and Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Air Quality in Neijiang
Abstract
The API data of2012-2015 in the city of Neijiang is taken as the object of study. By use of Excel, the Geoda software and the method of spatial autocorrelation analysis, a probe into the air quality in Neijiang is done to find out about the spatial distribution of air quality in this city. The result shows that the air pollution index in Neijiang city is rather high on the whole, with a trend of increasing first and decreasing afterwards, and within the region, the Weiyuan County is found to have the worst air quality; in terms of the seasons, spring and winter suffer a relatively severer air pollution than summer and au- tumn; the global Moran I index of API takes a rising trend, the correlation is on a gradual increase, however, it has not yet be- come strong enough to exert significant effect on the adjacent regions.
