Problems and countermeasures of cultivating talents with joint efforts from enterprises and vocational colleges under 1+X certificate system

The 1+X certificate system can enhance the knowledge complexity of talents, optimize the content of vocational education, and promote the coordination between talent cultivation and enterprises. The 1+X certificate system is closely related to the cultivation of talents through integrated efforts from enterprises and vocational institutes. Through a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis, problems concerning talents cultivation in the integration between enterprises and vocational institutes in Sichuan higher vocational institutions under the 1+X certificate system are spotted and corresponding countermeasures are proposed, namely: the sharing of education resources, the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation, the perfecting of the relevant systems, and the improving of teacher cultivation.
