The Typical Scene and Regulatory Path to the Embedment of AIGC into Intelligent Judiciary
Abstract
The AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) model can facilitate intelligent retrieval in the judicial system. The model assists in judicial decision-making, and helps in the generation of legal documents as well. However, due to the institutional deficiencies of digital legislation, the AIGC system cannot guarantee the compliance of law, security, and fairness of data. Consequently, ethical risks will arise when AIGC is embedded into intelligent justice. Therefore, it is necessary to expedite digital legislation to achieve external legality in embedding AIGC into intelligent justice. With institutional support, internal compliance of law can be ensured as AIGC is embedded into intelligent justice. The last but not the least, integrating the people-oriented principle into AIGC can achieve the fundamental goal of justice for the people.
