On the Context of Presence and Conceptual Meaning of Justice in Family Education

  • Justice in family education (JFE) is an important theoretical and practical issue that has not been widely studied, but needs to be addressed in the academic field of China. From the perspective of the presence context, JFE is an academic growth point in the research of educational justice. It is also an important dimension of research in "double reduction". It is what is expected in the research of family education. Based on formal justice and substantive one, the implication of justice in family education can be interpreted in four points of view: rights, opportunity, equal access to resources, equal treatment theory, and aspiration for better life.
