A Study of Relationship Between Financial Development and Economic Growth: An Approach Based on Gray Relational Analysis

The study of the relationship between financial development and economic growth from 1992 to 2008 with the gray relational analysis shows that the financial development is closely related with the economic growth in China. And the healthy development of finance is helpful for the growth of our national economy. Moreover, in order to drive our national economy to develop healthily, continuously and quickly, we should make some breakthroughs in the construction of financial ecological environment, optimization of financial structure, and speeding up the financial innovation.
