The results show that: 1. for the two dimensions of unity and harmony, no significant gender difference is observed, yet in the other two dimensions of the family reproductive urge and family prosperity there exists significant gender difference; 2. In the inspecting process of intermediation the future time perspective plays purely a role of intermediary agent between the familism and subjective well-being.
