An Analysis of the Training of Public Security Officers at the Grass root Level: A Case Study of Changxing County, Zhejiang Province

The training is one of the effective ways of improving qualities and abilities of public security officers. To strengthen such work, we can start our training with the following: timely renewing of our concepts and improving the understanding of training of public security officers at the grass root level; perfecting the training system and improving further the management of such training work; improving the scientificaness of the training with people orientation.
