A Probe into Post Setting and Employees’ Management at Universities

  • The post setting and employees’ management are the important content of the reform of personnel system at universities. In such setting and management, there exist problems as somewhat blocked promotion of people at the management post, difficult promotion of those workers and difficulty in determining other technical posts. We should strengthen the management of post setting and employment from the following aspects: perfecting the relevant system of management, solving well the treatment of management post, making the special rules of worker’s promotion, separating staff’s conferring academic titles from their employment, improving various relevant rules and regulation of posts and perfecting the personnel fitting of other technical posts.
