On the Construction of Interactive Modes between Counselors and University Students Based on the TA Theory

The ideological and political education is an important part of the university students’ education. The counselors and students in universities are the two separate groups and there will necessarily exist interaction between them. To implement the ideological and political education in universities with the interactive analysis theory, we should value the adjustment of the state of the two parties in the interaction, choose the appropriate interactive ways of interaction, guide the students to be in the proper state in different situation, and at the same time we should have the psychological expectation of double win.
