Deepening the Reformation in Personnel Training to Improve the Training Quality —— A Report in the 7^thTeaching Symposium of Neijiang Normal University(Abstracted)

The promotion of universities' connotation type development is aimed at the improvement of personnel training. And its key lies in the transformation of educational concept and the deepening of reform in training modes and innovation of the training mechanism. The innovation in the educational modes with development as the center and teaching as the orientation at Neijiang Normal University is aimed at renewing our educational concept and resolving the problems as relationships among teaching, learning and doing, and irrelevance between traditional educational theories and practice with students as starting point and end result, in an attempt to achieve the harmonious development of people's overall quality and hence to improve the quality of education.
