The Influence of Family Environment on the Learning Motivation of125 College Students

The research was aimed at the relationship between learning motivation and family environment. The data were collected by use of the Working Motivation Inventory and the Family Environment Scale, and the results showed that there were grade difference on the learning motivation of college students and the family environment is significantly related with the learning motivation. This means the family environment also has the great influence on the learning motivation. Based on the analysis of the influence of family background and the learning motivation difference upon college students' learning motivation, efforts were made to put forward several family education strategies in hope of arousing the learning motivation of college students.
